Cold on arrival. noisey 11pm untill Unable answer from Huluki to get advice on how to warn up the rooms

Clean and comfortable bed and room . Good location for where I needed Well stocked tea/breakfast tray

Could do with a touch up paint chipped off the desk, walls, toilet seat etc. Hard to open the ensuite door. No additional lock on inside of the door in the room which made me feel a bit uncomfortable

Great communication regarding check in and parking etc Nice touch to have the juice and porridge pots in the room. Bistro was lovely too for breakfast!

The self check-in was very easy & meant it didn't matter what time I arrived Comfy bed with private en suite I didn't have breakfast but dinner (& the cocktails) were lovely
