Villa Laut - 4BR Luxury Villa within Walking Distance to Seseh Beach

Big and spacious and the pool was great

Property is very luxurious but probably is starting to age a bit and needs a repaint. Still a beautiful place.

We were attending a family wedding in Seseh so this property was a perfect location and walking distance to the venue on Seseh beach. 4 big bed rooms and ensuite’s for all rooms . Lovely big pool and bean bag sun beds Fans in outdoor living spaces Fresh filtered cold water Rooms cleaned daily Lovely cleaning team and VMB team always responsive if we had questions There is a big development being built further down the road but we were not conscious of construction work. Great pizza at Seseh pizza Coffee shop in corner does great coffee and also sell fresh bread to take home. Circle k shop near by limited food but can get milk and bananas Thalassa bar and restaurant. Really Lovely vibe food and drinks

The tap in the basin for pool toilet and outside pool shower did not work .

The look of the villa was nice and the outside area was nice.

3 of the bedrooms smelt very bad with a damp mould smell. We aired them out for 5 hours before bed with doors open and air-conditioner off. The smell did not leave. The beds were damp so we ended up sleeping in the one room that didn't smell. We could see mould in the bedrooms and felt congested so we left the next morning. 3 months later still waiting on a refund as we had paid for a whole week. Very unhappy as we only stayed one night and it is not healthy to sleep in those conditions.

This was the first of three villas we stayed at during our trip to Bali, and it set a high standard! First of all, we arrived late at night, around 2 AM, but even at that hour, we were warmly and graciously welcomed. They even prepared dinner for us, which you can always order in advance through the host (breakfast is also available this way). The villa is very cozy, well-maintained, and beautifully designed with stylish decor. The rooms are wonderful, and the lounging area is equally great. The pool, while not huge, is a good size and comfortably accommodated our group of six for some fun hangouts. There are several excellent cafes within walking distance where you can enjoy delicious meals, especially breakfast. I highly recommend O'brothers and Semu. The ocean is also nearby, though the beach isn’t particularly suited for relaxing or swimming.

There really aren’t any downsides. Just a small piece of advice: don’t leave sweets in the trash overnight. After all, this is Bali, and the local wildlife might be overly excited about it (in our case, it was ants).
