"Disappointing, Not worth the money."

Beautiful pools and setting

Room was very small and smelt of damp. Complained and was moved to a downgraded room and told it was the same price. Not even an offer of an apology.

"N’y allez pas, ce n’est pas un hôtel avec les prestations d’un 5 étoiles."

Seuls l’accès plage et les piscines sont agréables. Pour le reste, cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles mais d’un 4 voire 3.

Pas de room service, le café en chambre est payant, pas possible de mettre à disposition un fer à repasser en chambre, pas de peignoirs, des suppléments pour avoir une omelette au petit déjeuner, il faut payer pour avoir un transat à une bonne place sur la plage, le personnel est débordé et désagréable. Et j’en passe.

Emplacement de l'hôtel sur la plage, vue magnifique Personnel serviable Service impeccable Terrasse du bar très agréable (recommandée pour les couchers de soleil)

Les sanitaires des chambres pourraient être un peu modernisés (pas de mitigeur dans les douches) Salle de restaurant (restaurant Colonna) un peu sombre et seules les tables de deux ont une vue directe sur mer Parking de l'hôtel saturé en pleine saison, trop petit par rapport au nombre d'occupants.

La posizione sulla spiaggia è la struttura accogliente oltre ad una piscina bellissima

La spiaggia era piena di alghe e la struttura non si è presa carico della rimozione, servizi buoni anche se non indicati a chi veramente ricerca un 5 stelle ed il servizio navetta da integrare anche con orari serali
