Location is neat the venue

The main door is hard to open, the comfort room door is nice

Perfect location if you're going to Enchanted Kingdom (which was our main agenda). -The beds are comfortable. -Towels are also included.

Water leaks from the shower area to the lavatory. -Amenities are subpar (toothbrush, soap and shampoo) -No complimentary water. -Host did not give a heads-up/early instruction for check out, I tried calling for about 30 minutes but nobody was answering, also sent a message but did not receive any reply until about 40 minutes of waiting.

The unit itself is well presented and very trendy (aesthetic as they say nowadays. It is small but the space was utilised well, not really ideal if you have more that one child. If you have hyper toddlers then it’s hard to keep them in check especially in such a small space. It was fit for its purpose which was just somewhere to rest and spend the night in before we went to EK the next day. The neighbourhood is safe and in a gated community (2 guard houses in fact) however it seems to lack maintenance, some units and the street itself looked derelict and dirty. The host is responsive and easy to get a hold of.

Here are our cons; - the hot water is not really hot nor warm so I struggled a bit to bathe my 6 month old baby who was screaming at the touch of semi cold water. - Internet, the internet details provided were incorrect and I had to contact the owner which was prompt to send me a different set of codes. Also this is no fault of the owner and more so to the internet provider but we lost connection during our first night and didn’t get any connection until the next day, you can imagine 2 grumpy kids with nothing to keep them entertained in such a small space. - The pool, it was advertised as an amenity however nowhere in the listing was it mentioned that usage of this was subject to a 150 per head fee. This caused confusion and disappointment but we had eager little kids that wanted a dip in the pool so we gave in. Ps. Its not worth the price. Heads up to future clients! - Security deposit, I was happy to pay as this is the norm even at 5 star hotels I have stayed at however I expected this to be returned soon after we checked out as cleaning and checks would have been done before 2pm ready for the next client. - Dining table, there wasn’t any. The only table available was used to put the rice cooker on to cook and the kettle to boil. We had to get our 3 year old and 6 year old to eat on the floor as not to make any mess on the beds. - Elevator, it works going up but not going down. So if you have heave luggage, expect to drag them down the steps on your way out.
