Tranquille Inn Apartments

Majiteľ bol veľmi ústretový vo všetkých smeroch. Čo sme sa dohodli, bolo dodržané. Ubytovanie pekné, čisté, útulné. Určite využijeme služby opäť.

Negatívum žiadne.

Apartmán je velice dobře zařízený, nic mi nechybělo, vše bylo čisté. Pokud pojedu do Kysuckého Nového Mesta v budoucnu, rozhodně se zde ubytuji znovu :).

Good location, clean, comfortable, responsive and helpful host. Terrace was a big plus.

Beautiful place, good design , projector had Netflix with account, towels, bathing robes, shampoo, Everything including. Recommend this place!!!

We booked this place for our business trip and were impressed by the prompt service, our invoice was provided the very next day. The apartment is in a prime location, within walking distance to Schaeffler and just steps from the city center, which delighted us with its vibrant atmosphere and charming Christmas market.

The apartment is spacious and clean, comfy L shaped sofa, free drink and snack are provided so no need to get supplies in the nearby convenience store if you are you check in late, towels are thick and soft, deodorant and hand soap are not every place available, i like to keep things clean and dry so I like the three floor mats. You will everything you need. On top of that, I should mention how nice the host(s) are. I’m an asian guy, only know a little bit of English, i don’t speak Slovak language at all and I come in late, she bought a translator with her helping with the check in, it was very nice of them, very much appreciated such communicative and friendly host. Oh forgot to mention, they brought a hair dryer for me the minute I required one, at the time she already head back home, but she kind enough to drive up here again for this.
