This property looks like it was recently done up. It has all the facilities a family would need for a self catering break , but is also very close to a number of cafes and restaurants. The host was excellent. Very quick to come back with any questions. Very close to the city centre. We were always able to find parking on the street, which was great.

The house and location were perfect and only 10 minutes to Botanic train station and 15 -20 minutes by car to city centre depending on traffic. Stunning 3 bed house, with spacious bedrooms, lounge & kitchen. Spread over 4 floors, this beautiful home has everything you will need for that home from home experience. On one of the hottest weekends, we were so grateful for the fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and more, with a stunning private courtyard of the back of the kitchen on the ground floor. There is a toilet facility on the ground floor, and on the second floor, there is a fully equipped bathroom with large bottles of shower gel, shampoo & and conditioner. (Not the usual tiny bottles you get in hotels that don't even wash long hair!!) and towels and hairdryers are also supplied. Without a doubt, Chris has thought of everything for his lovely home and is at the end of the line should you have any issues. Unfortunately, I did have to contact Chris through my own stupidity as I left my glasses in his home, but bless him, he has already resolved that issue for me. Will most definitely rent this property any time we are in Belfast. Perfect host, perfect home, perfect location, and definitely perfect price...... what more could you ask for 😊 10 🌟 🤩 from us. Uber cabs were fast, reliable, and friendly. Paula and family.

Beautiful house,clean and modern,everything you would need provided. Quiet,well kept street,easy access to city centre and numerous restaurants and shoos within walking distance. Chris,our host,was in contact throughout our stay,making sure we were happy.Will definitely book again the next time we are staying in Belfast. Thankyou so much for our great stay 😀

Such a beautiful house, it was very stylish with 4 floors all to ourselves! We only stayed a night so didn’t get to experience the house enough, would have loved to stay on longer but could only get one night. Very clean and comfortable with all you need. Only a short walk to shops for anything you’d need. Very quiet neighbourhood considering how close it is to Belfast.

This place is well maintained, very clean, spotless and comfortable.It is very convenient, loads of restaurants around, grocery stores are just around the corner. A really good value for money! Facilites are complete. It is a self in and self checkout, no hassle at all. No issues with parking. Everything is perfect and would definitely recommend this place. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6. Chris is very accommodating, he had given all the information needed, made sure that we had no issues at all and he can be reached at anytime if we had to.
