"Quitando el tema de la comunicacion, el lugar es hermoso y queda muy central para moverte en la city"

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion, todo te queda cerca, ademas tienes lavadora, horno, armarios gigantes, comedor y todo funciona muy bien, algo a agregar es que tambien tienen pesa entonces puedes pesar el equipaje

No me gusto la demora en que te respondieran un mensaje, tuve un problema y tenia que cambiar el dia de llegada y nadie me solucionaba, escribia en booking o en wa y nadie solucionaba Demore muchas semanas para que me ayudaran y eso me indispuso con ellos

It has bed and washing machine. Close to touristic locations.

The staff wasnt there for check in and I waited for more than half an hour while the staff provides wrong information and irresponsive to messages. Extremely noisy at night.

La ubicación, en plena Puerta del Sol, accesible a todos los puntos más importantes de Madrid..

Me encantó el diseño con las vigas de madera pero muy poco práctico por qué debido a que estan demasiado bajas nos dábamos en la cabeza cada dos por tres y además la mitad de la buhardilla no se podía utilizar debido a que la parte más baja tenía que estar uno medio agachado para pasar y era muy incómodo.

La ubicación

Nos hicieron esperar mucho para entrar. Estuvimos aprox 40 min en la calle con las valijas. Tardaron en responder nuestros mensajes e incluso algunos ni los contestaron. No tiene parking como dice la aplicación, les pedimos que nos recomienden uno por la zona y no lo hicieron. Insatisfechos con la estadía

Lo mejor es la ubicación estás en pleno centro de Madrid y tienes todo muy accesible

- Las sábanas estaban sucias, la limpieza no era la adecuada, el suelo donde dormimos por qué la cama estaba en el suelo encima de un somier manchado, lleno de polvo y suciedad.

La ubicación excelente. Muy limpio y cómodo el departamento. Volvería sin lugar a dudas. Nelly que nos recibió muy agradable y servicial.Una observación menor: debería tener algo más de cubiertos.

"No hay anfitrion con quien comunicarte"

Era centrico

El anfitrion no contesta los mensajes ni las llamadas, si tienes algun problema, olvidate. La limpieza era bastante mala. El sofa cama terrible de sucio y incomodo.
