Lovely place and location.

Smooth check in, nice location. It was very clean and had all the facilities/kitchen stuff you need. The lady I spoke to helped me so much with clear information about where to park how to collect the key which sometimes can be stressful when going to a new place but she was brilliant.

Nothing major. Maybe refill coffee and sugar pods regularly as they were almost running out when we stayed.

It was below standard. It looks awful from the outside, it’s a basement flat with only one window at the front and it faces a wall. It smelled of damp. The bedding smelled of damp and felt damp as well. I booked this for my partner and his two children and one of them had a serious panic attack as she is claustrophobic. Had we known there was hardly any natural light or fresh air coming in, we wouldn’t have stayed there. There’s only one TV screen and it’s in the bedroom so there’s not option to sit in the ‘living area’ and watch tv as a family. We decided to do a roast and the oven is rubbish, so it was a struggle. We contacted the host who was reluctant to accept the issue of the damp (there’s a dehumidifier there for a reason!), but offered a minimal discount, which of course did not appease the issue of my child whose weekend was totally ruined by this, as it was for all of us really. Then the host decided to offer a free cancellation but it was too late as hotels charge a fortune on late notice. We had no option but to stay. However, the host has decided to totally ghost me and despite the numerous issues raised, this host is obviously not willing to do the right thing, which is to communicate and negotiate. The place is horrible and we would not recommend it to anyone. There’s better places in Cheltenham for around the same price but superior in quality of premises and service. I’ve used Booking.com for many years and had never encountered such a dingy place. I’ve told the host I want to place a formal complaint, but she just told me to write to Booking. Awful experience indeed.

Very convenient for the brewery quarter. Very good value for money. I like staying here when I'm staying for work because I am right in the middle of Cheltenham and have a little flat to myself. And has its own parking space.

It's a basement flat so you can hear people walking upstairs but it's not bad at all.

Convenient location with its own parking, very rare in Cheltenham Comfortable and cozy flat with all the necessary facilities. Nice powerful shower The property owner is lovely, very responsive and keen to make one’s stay as comfortable as possible. Very close proximity to shops , restaurants and a cinema.

The steep steps into the flat are quite difficult to negotiate, especially since the only thing on which to steady myself was a rather rickety fence. I discussed this with the property owner and she has undertaken to install proper handrails. The shower door only opens half way because of the proximity of the basin, which makes exiting from the shower a bit perilous. Moving the basin to the right by six inches would solve this problem and this was discussed with the property owner, and again she agreed to looking into this. I would emphasise that the above may not be issues if you’re steady on your feet and relatively slim, it is still a lovely place to stay.

Basic, but nicer too have my own space rather than staying in a hotel room. Great location right in the centre with parking.
