Spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated, plenty of space, really well located, parking space. Probably closer to the Angel Hotel cocktail bar than many of the rooms!!

very comfortable and well appointed

No wardrobes and no welcome pack. Even budget hotels have UHT milk and some biscuits. we paid a lot of money to stay from 15:00 to 10am the next day.

"Lovely little house, great location, really clean & tidy and well equipped *****"

Great location just minutes away from central BSE and the local shops, cafes and abbey gardens. The poperty is lovely and clean, light and airy (feels like its literally been decorated in the last few weeks). Everything you need is there, free proper BT wifi, BT TV, washing machine, iron, dishwasher and a decent range of cooking pots, pans utensils if you are going to cook yourself.

Nothing really. If you are being picky then a TV in the bedroom would be nice but that's really personal preference.

"A beautiful & excellently located property"

A beautifully decorated & clean property. The location was ideal in the middle of town but it was still very quiet. Parking on the premises was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A house manual would be very useful. We didn’t locate the microwave until the last morning of our stay (it’s in the oven).

"Superb in every way."

Fantastic location near the heart of the town. Easy parking. Beautifully furnished and very homely. The milk and bottle of wine were a nice surprise. I would definitely book again.

Some cereal bowls would have been useful but otherwise perfect!
