Comfortable and pleasant, it felt like a home away from home.

If you want to feel the Greek daily life in one of the prestigious areas that is 5 minutes drive from the sea, then this beautiful villa is definitely for you. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful time, within walking distance of 2 large local supermarkets where every day you will find the freshest fruits and vegetables, local Greek cheeses, yogurt, honey. Opposite the supermarket there is a large pharmacy where you can also buy sunscreen 🌞 and hygiene products and there is also one of the family taverns with a good prices and delicious Greek cuisine 🌮🌯🫔🥓🥩 + the owner of the villa made a top list of places to visit, which he wrote down in a book that you can read while staying here. It seems to me that I have not forgotten anything 🤔 - I definitely recommend it!!!

Our family of two adults and two kids stayed at Eagles Nest for 4 weeks in September 2024. We loved the fantastic view and enjoyed watching the sunset on the terrace. Kostas, the owner is very helpful and responds to messages within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near gorgeous beaches, with a view to write home about.

The villa was extremely clean and tidy on arrival. Our host Kostas was very helpful during our stay, he recommended places for us to visit and booked our Taxi to the airport. The villa is very spacious and the views from the villa are absolutely stunning and beautiful. Definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxed holiday with serene views of the Athenian Riviera. Kostas also provided us with a bottle of cold Greek wine which was lovely. Beautiful villa on a hill with multi-tiered views from balconies and patios outside of Athens and close to water. About 30 minutes till the temple of Poseidon and 10 min to the airport. We stayed there on our last night in Greece, visited the temple, and had dinner on the beautiful patio at sunset. Night views are also amazing. Easy and quick trip to the airport in the morning. Kostas was a very gracious and helpful host, quick to respond to messages, great advice on local resources. Apartment was super comfortable and spacious.

Everything was great. Be aware that the road up to the house is windy and narrow, and small part is dirt road. It’s worth it when you get to the top.

The villa's location is perfect for families looking to enjoy both tranquility and convenience. There are excellent amenities nearby, 2 local supermarkets within 3 mins drive, shops, local cafe, and activities, excellent Scuba school nearby, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable without having to travel far. As for Eagles Nest Villa itself, it is an oasis of calm and beauty. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a tranquil haven for us to unwind. It was equipped with everything we needed for our family of four, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa added to the luxurious feel of our holiday. What stood out the most was the peacefulness of the house. It is lovcated on the top of a hill, that makes the views simply unbeatable, Eagles Nest Villa provided a much-needed retreat where we could enjoy quality family time in a beautiful setting. In conclusion, our stay at Eagles Nest Villa was excellent for our young family. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of breathtaking views, and a tranquil, comfortable stay. Kostas and the villa exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation.
