I was scammed by this property I booked by booking.com and she refused to check me in after receiving my payment from booking.com refused to update and refused back my money

I don’t like anything about this property I don’t see them as really scammers

I’ve had a nightmare experience dealing with Ben (boss), whose integrity is highly questionable. He lied, claiming that he was not the host in order to avoid addressing the issues we faced during our stay, pushing the responsibility onto customer service instead. When we contacted customer service, they told us that Ben had agreed to a refund, but Ben later informed Booking.com that to reject the refund. This constant back-and-forth has put us in a never-ending loop, making it impossible to pursue our refund request. Meanwhile, Ben has refused to address the issues with the unit or offer any alternative solutions, leaving us stuck with no resolution. We had been waiting for three days without a solution to our problems until we couldn't take it and leave the property on 3rd day. The issues we encountered included: 1) Sticky, moldy toilet 2) Broken shower head 3) 24-hour security alarm beeping (worst of all) 4) Missing cooking utensils (no knife, chopping board) 5) Tiny ants in the bedroom, biting us while we sleep 6) No air conditioning in the living room (as advertised) 7) Rude and ignorant host (his suggestion: "if you don’t like it, move out") 8) Unit not as advertised"
