INI contacted the host after booking and he immediately provided me the details of our stay, location and the details of our caretaker. Mr.Deepak, our caretaker, was available at the location when we arrived and he made our check-in smooth. He made sure that he would be available if we needed anything. The apartment, though a bit small, was clean and had all the amenities ( Water purifier, stove, TV, AC, Hair dryer, Iron box, Geyser etc ) and is tucked away in a peaceful corner of a rather busy shopping street which gave us an opportunity for late night shopping. Overall, this is a lovely place for a small family or group and I highly recommend it.

AEI stayed with my family for 4 days, and it was so peaceful and enjoyable. Vicinity to the location: Christ University Central Campus is just a 5-minute walk away. For those who are seeking accommodation near this establishment, there is no better option available. It is a brand new flat with a penthouse style construction. Only one flat is on each floor. It was not crowded as it was new (hardly a week older), and only our floor was occupied. So the lift was always available. Neat and clean. The laundry facility was available at the roof, and there was also plenty of sunlight to dry the clothes. There are lots of food outlets nearby. Watchman Deepak was so helpful and welcoming. The check-in procedure was very simple. I shared all necessary documents with Lokesh through WhatsApp. I made payment via bank transfer.
The size of lift is too small which can barely accommodate 3 people, though it is mentioned that 6 people can use it. The property is just next to Srinivasa Theatre 4K 3D which is a real bother, especially during the late hours when the trembling sound will disturb your sleep.
