Cooked our own. Full kitchen. Very easy. Coffee and hand made soap as well as cookies were part of the welcome gift. We also loved the fenced in balcony with the attached yard for the dog. I could walk outside in my PJs with her, clean up after her, and no one was the wiser. ;)

Internet. But, alas, we are in the middle of the Hill Country. We both have T-Mobile. I suspect ATT might have better coverage. But, I HATE AT&T. I'd rather look at the beautiful Hill Country. We did download some movies to our phone and brought an HDMI to iphone cable to attach to the TV. Worked well.

our only complaint was the Arctic Blast that took Texas below zero! our hosts were gracious and allowed us to arrive a day early at the last minute. (We didn’t want to get stuck in North Texas. Ot could have iced over.) The rooftop was lovely and sunny. we were able to sit there for a couple of hours with blankets and enjoy. We enjoyed cooking in the ample kitchen. we went to Turkey Bend on the day it was warmer. we walked along the River. there’s a drought, so there’s a lot of sandy “beach” to walk.

unfortunately the internet was down much of the time. that’s not the host’s fault. it’s the location, provider, and weather. I had brought movies to stream. my recommendation is to bring downloaded material and an HDMI to phone converter and you’ll be able to watch. we had a nook on audio which worked great. we had my stepson who has special needs. He enjoyed the audiobook.
