Once your booking is confirmed, we request a contact email address, mobile phone number and a photo of a Government ID as part of the guest verification process. Also, to encourage all guests to respect the property and its contents, we ask for a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP 400 to be placed as a hold against a card by your card issuer, or alternatively, we allow guests to pay a non refundable GBP 40 Bond Waiver. Completing these two steps is mandatory as it allows access to your personalized Boarding Pass which provides all the details for your stay, advice about activities, electronic manuals, directions to the property and the latest key safe code.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
