We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, with everything close by and even a supermarket right across the street. Parking was very convenient, and the house had everything we needed. The owner was extremely kind and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even better. Everything was just perfect – highly recommended!

Séjour à Rapallo… plutôt mémorable, mais pas forcément pour les bonnes raisons. L’appartement est joliment situé, mais côté confort, on repassera : une chaleur étouffante, sans climatisation fonctionnelle, transforme rapidement le lieu en four solaire. Dormir y relevait du défi. Mais ce qui nous a le plus mis mal à l’aise, c’est le comportement du propriétaire. Un accueil un peu trop “chaleureux” notamment envers ma compagne, avec des remarques lourdes et déplacées. Le tout dans un style flirt un peu gênant, surtout venant d’un homme qui pourrait clairement être son père. Bref, un séjour sous haute température, au sens propre comme au figuré. Dommage, car le lieu aurait du potentiel avec un peu plus de respect et de ventilation.

Spacious and clean, has a private parking space available which is a couple of blocks down but certainly necessary as despite some free parking in the area there are virtually no spaces available in the evening.

No AC/fan and fairly noisy to leave the window open at night, also no nets on the windows. No WiFi available either, which I didn't see before booking. Frank was very responsive but do note that check in is restricted to a very limited time window and there is a 15EUR charge for check in after 8pm, 25EUR after 10pm, no check in after midnight. No self-check in possible either which would make lives much easier
