THE TOILET IS LOCATED OUTSIDE, IN THE HALLWAY, LOCKED FOR EXCLUSIVE USE BY EACH GUEST WHO CAN IDENTIFY IT WITH THE SAME ROOM NUMBER ASSIGNED BY BOOKING Our rooms are designed for enjoying tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are primarily designed for rest, considering that some rooms are interior or do not have windows. Please review all the photographs of the accommodations along with the description, as the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room based on the availability of the desired dates. If you are no longer interested, please contact Booking. Smoking or holding parties will result in immediate expulsion and a fine of €99. The loss of the key incurs a fine of €49. If you leave the keys inside the house, you will need to call a locksmith, the cost of which will be borne by the guest. Any damage or breakage caused by the guest will be the guest's responsibility. Any incident caused by the guest that requires assistance outside of the in-person service hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM will incur an additional cost of 20 euros, which must be paid in cash to the person providing the assistance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. La localización perfecta

La cama hacía mucho ruido, la ducha que estaba dentro de la habitación no tenía mampara y mojaba todo. En el baño común el día que llegamos había una plaga de hormigas. Se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones y la gente por la noche no se preocupaba por no hacer ruido

"Bonito pero incomodo"

La ubicación es super buena y todo por dentro esta renovado por lo que se ve bastante bien. Esta limpio, ordenado y no tuvimos problemas con temas de ruidos o molestias.

En una habitación de 3 personas hay una ducha con división de vidrio sin ningún tipo de privacidad, no hay nada que te tape o diferencie el espacio entre las camas y la ducha lo cual fue extremadamente incómodo porque las otras dos personas tenían que salir de la habitación para que uno se pueda duchar. Ademas que la ducha solo tenia una division y sin puerta entonces se mojaba el piso de la habitación

"Agradable estancia en lugar muy céntrico."

De la habitación: Ideal para estancias muy cortas. Instrucciones de acceso muy claras. Muy limpio y luminoso; Privacidad. Un acierto el lavabo y ducha en la sala con ventana. Puerta corrediza. La temperatura interior es agradable. En el pasillo 3 baños compartidos sin overbooking. Del Lugar: Ubicación perfecta. Rodeado de bares, restaurantes y supermercados del Madrid castizo. Ideal para, entre 15 y 30 min, llegar caminando a los principales enclaves turísticos. Metros Tirso de Molina o La Latina están a 5 minutos paseando. Impresionantes vistas desde el Rooftop 360º hotel Riu plaza España. A sólo 20 min de trayecto en metro desde Estación Atocha.

Lo que no se avisa y descubres tarde, es que, aunque reserves 1 mes antes, y duermas 5 noches, si vas tú solo te adjudican la sala con ventana al patio y cama de 90. La estancia es bonita y mini-malista, sin armario; hay 3 perchas en colgador superior y pantalonera retráctil bajo el lavabo que hace de mesa; moviendo algo la cama cabe la maleta que se quedó en el suelo sin otro sitio dónde ponerla. Lámparas muy frágiles. Entre la ducha y la ventana, ayudaría una tabla plegable en la pared donde dejar cosas.
