"Wonderful quiet weekend in rural Vermont"

Very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful setting. It was nice to look out the back windows and see deer grazing in the field. Close to Montpelier.

"We had a great experience."

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Host Ann and Larry made it feel like home away from home. It snowed the day before we arrive. The snow covered hillside view from the balcony was magical! Thank you, Ann and Larry for the delicious Vermont apple and cheese.

Location, walking path, host is very lovely, apartment is separate from main house with separate entrance. Very spacious

"An enjoyable rest in the heart of Vermont."

What a great home base to find after flying from Charleston, SC and driving from Burlington. Clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities, including the surrounding acres. A short drive into Montpelier or enjoy a hike on one of the many trails in the surrounding area. My wife and I would strongly recommend this location for anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in the heart of the Vermont countryside.

Obviously, we had no complaints.

25 acres or so to wander about in nature is great. Very quiet location. Short drive from Montpelier. Hosts are wonderful and attentive.

This is a fantastic cottage stay with the whole house to ourselves. Great countryside stay and yet so close to Montpelier city centre 5-6 minutes’ drive). We wished we had planned a longer stay as it was such a comfortable home away from home, and there were so much to do in Vermont to be based here. There was a nice walk along the perimeter of the property called the Bluebird Loop, which was relaxing to see the lovely autumn foliage, and we saw a deer😍!

Nothing as everything was fantastic during our stay.

This is a little gem in northern Vermont. You will not find anything better or greater value for money. The location, the facilities and the wonderful owners make this a must if you need a base to explore this fabulous area.
