GBThe flat is lovely and the balcony sits right over the sea so you can watch the crashing waves and the stars come out.
The walk from Genova Quinto train station isn’t nice as your first experience of Genoa. Better to get off at Genova Nervi and walk along the prom and the harbour, much nicer. The host was efficient but not friendly/interested.

NLSuper ligging, mooie inrichting, dichtbij station etjes en leuke eetgelegenheden.
Niet goed schoongemaakt, onder het bed lag allemaal stof en vloeren waren niet gedweild en ramen niet gewassen. Douche niet goed schoongemaakt waardoor na dag 1 hele badkamer overstroomde.

Mehrere Töpfe nicht für Induktion , Großes Willkommensschild mit Ansage von Willkommensgeschenk...aber nur: 2 Kaffeepads.Zuckersäckchen.3 Teebeutel....sehr mikrig.Sollten nicht so auftragen besser nichts als sowas.Keine Geschirrtücher, Abfall-Eimer nicht existent....

SAThe view and the location the place was relatively new and just renovated
The AC didn’t work and it was a pivotal reason to why we booked the place. And they only provided one working fan the other one was broken. The bedsheets were dirty. The garage door got stuck in a delay two hours to the management fix the issue.

Markisen fungerade inte att hissa upp och ner (vi kom på en egen lösning för att kunna ha den nedfälld men ändå lite krångligt), vi påtalade det för värden men helt utan respons. ACn var ur funktion vilket vi påtalade men åtgärdades inte under våra 5 dagar på plats (efter en del påtryckningar så fick vi dock en smärre ekonomisk kompensation i efterhand). Nästan totalt stopp i duschen vilket vi påtalade men utan respons.
SGProperty was as pictured. Beautifully furnished and located centrally. Walking distance to many restaurants, beaches and train stations.
AC did not work for the 4 nights that we were there and because we were there during the summer period, it was really unbearable at night even after opening up all the windows. There were all sorts of bugs, insects and mosquitos which might be one of the woes of a seaside property. We contacted the property regarding the issue with AC but were told that the mechanic was unavailable during the weekends. The property was also really dirty and dusty.
