"Great value & modern apartment, for digitally advanced guests"

We booked 2 apartments. App #5 was excellent, beyond our expectations. Everything was clean and comfy. The chillout / kitchen zone is spacious, well equipped and a good space to finish the day. Good location & antique elevator

Accessing the building and the rooms through the app requires quite a significant level of digital literacy — someone who is less tech-savvy would find this challenging. For a younger person it's no problem, but for example, my parents would certainly not have managed it. As you progress through the app, the door-opening buttons activate one by one in sequence. That said, it's very impressive — I've never seen anything like it before. When we asked for the WiFi code, we received a rude response: 'It's written in the room.' No, it wasn't. The listing promises parking, but in reality it is a paid parking garage nearby, at a price of €15 per day. Which is fine but it should be clearly communicated. Apartment #2 is closer to the elevator / entrance and the nighttime noises were extremely loud — the clicking of the elevator every time it started, and guests returning to their rooms woke me up countless times throughout the night and in the early morning hours. Other than that, everything else was positive.

"Cómodo y buena ubicación. Cocina incompleta"

La ubicación era muy buena, a menos de 10 minutos andando del centro. Todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo.

Según booking ofrecen una cocina compartida. Sin embargo, no disponen de sartenes ni cazuelas y los fogones están inhabilitados, por lo que no se puede cocinar. En nuestro baño olía muy fuerte a cañerías. Además, las cortinas no llegan al suelo y no hay persianas así que entra muchísima luz.
