I definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else either. Particularly so as this was rather expensive cheap to book. I would much rather stay in a budget hotel (perhaps even hostel) and I imagine I would not only save money but would also have a much more pleasant stay. Here is the rationale: The studio looked very nice in the pictures and to be fair, the apartment is the one in the pictures. But the pictures are very well taken and for us at least the reality turned out to be very disappointing. The studio is on the ground floor but floor is pure concrete and it kind of feels like the street just continues into the apartment. The concrete floor is not a nice & polished but rather with cracks and stains and I want to say it was not super clean either. But I guess some of the stains might just be super persistent. In terms of cleanliness, there were weird black "things" on the floor. I am still not sure if they were plastic, rubber, or even dead larvae. Either way, it did not set a very nice experience to see them. There were also other dirt on the floor. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling off in many places and there is one spot where there is just transparent tape put to hold it in place. Inside the wardrobe is some kind of a boiler, which seems to be leaking, as the otherwise white wardrobe has a huge yellow/brown "stain" (I guess water damage) right underneath it. This was honestly a bit shocking to see. The location is rather remote and industrial. But fair enough, this was our fault for not checking this better. But expect to stay in a location without much anything and you have to travel quite a bit to get to e.g. city center. Very little sound isolation. It feels like people who pass on the streets are right next to you (but I guess due to the location, there are not many). Neighbors using water is also super loud.

Cleanliness and how it is organized. The owner is an amazing guy who has been a pleasure to cooperate with. Also, free parking is provided.

The lights in front of the entrance couldn't be turned off resulting in 24h of not being able to darken the room.
