City Center Penthouse with Solarium 2 minutes from the Beach

Ignacio, the owner, provided all the necessary information and was always on hand to answer any specific questions. The apartment was very comfortable and trendy and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect position and there were supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc in easy walking distance and the beach was just down the road. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and the bathroom was very modern and well planned - the water was always very hot and plentiful. The terraces were amazing - a smaller terrace with a bistro set - perfect for a coffee or glass of wine - and a very large terrace on the other side of the apartment which was perfect for al fresco dining and the rooftop terrace which was huge and very stylish and private. Loved it all and we would certainly return!

Lovely, well equipped apartment. very clean and comfortable. Good location, quiet but close enough to everything, Good supermarket just around the corner. The host, Ignacio, was very helpful and gave us lots of information on the apartment and the local area. Would recommend a stay here.

The location, close to the beach and shops. The apartment was quiet, no disturbance from neighbours, bars or street. 3 places to sit outside. A kitchen with dish washer and spacious refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom was newly renovated it seems. Great rooftop terrace with a nice view and good places to sit in the sun or take an evening drink.
