El alojamiento pese a contar con cocina no proporcionó utensilios básicos como un estropajo o jabón para limpiar los platos. Se especifica que se darán jabón y champú para la ducha pero es una pastilla de jabón y un sobre monodosis de champú. Tampoco hay jabón de manos. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular y está fijo siempre a la misma temperatura. Además, todo el alojamiento y el armario huelen a humedad y cerrado. El propietario tampoco contestó a los mensajes privados una vez efectuado el check-in.

La struttura è molto carina, molto vicino al centro che permette di poter scendere a piedi.

Il servizio e la pulizia erano molto scadenti, all'interno di un letto singolo abbiamo trovato dei peli, per non parlare del fatto che non si è trovato nulla come minimo indispensabile come una bottiglia d'acqua, un rotolo in più o magari qualcosa da mangiare per rendere tutto più confortevole. Il telecomando della televisione non funzionante era impossibile accedere alla modalità smart ma solo hai canali dell'antenna. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma di una quantità irrisoria, che non potrebbe mai darti la possibilità di lavarti con così poca quantità. La struttura potrebbe dare tanto ma con questi difetti no.

We've been 2 families and had 2 rooms, somehow in the same building but with entrance from 2 parallel streets. 1. Room in Via Salvatore Cipolla - the bed had foam bed mattress that got hot while sleeping - the A/C it was flowing straight to the bed so it wasn't an option, while the separate key for the AC couldn't be switched on while being outside 2. Room in Via Antonnino D'Anna - there are damp areas on the wall 3. If you're travelling by car, the streets are very narrow, so the driving and the parking are "extreme sports" but this has nothing to do with the property
