The Postcard Cuelim, Goa

Unironically the best hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed at extremely expensive places before. The service is actually unparalleled, every detail is attended to and more. From day/night flexible checkout, all day breakfast a-la-carte, the free postcard sent to a location of your choice. It is actually unbelieveable. I wish this business was in more countries, because I would choose to stay with them wherever I travel. The cuelim building itself is also special - it is the first PM of Goa's mansion so is rich with history. It really feels like you are living in a different era.

Postcard is unique as each property promised to be a piece of history or story which makes it special. The all-day Breakfast and the possibility of early check in and late check out at no extra cost is its unique USP and a positive definitor from other 5-star properties.

I am a dog lover but to find a dog in the room on my return in the evening which I had left open during the day could be unsettling to many guests. To be honest I found it endearing but others might not! so housekeeping to be watchful.

Beautiful heritage property in a tranquil location. Wonderful staff - great place for a few days of relaxation.

Everything was good

A historical colonial mansion fully restored to its original beauty and located off the beaten path. The anytime breakfast, flexible check in and check out times and the well appointed suite, everything was elegant and comfortable. And the service! We were received with the friendliest staff who attended to our every need with a personal touch. We felt so well taken care of. Thank you!

Besutiful house immaculately maintained. Hoje rooms. Amazing decoration. The attentive and outstanding service and the quality of the food not o mention the beautiful surround is and the lovely gifts every day! To be repeated 🙏🌟✨

There was nothing to that I did not like.

The hotel manager and the staff were friendly and accomodated all our requests. Actually going besond our requests: every day a new small present in the room, a friendly smile from all staff.

The restaurant portions were rather small, especially compared to prices.

This is a gem of a hotel comprising just 6 rooms each with their own individual character set within a lovely period property and each with period furnishings. The estate is not over large but is set in beautifully natural surroundings rich with wildlife and very peaceful. Service is immaculate with fully flexible check in and out times. Breakfast and other meals are freshly cooked to order at any time served to your private room or in the main dining room as you prefer. Special mentions to Vishal and Hari but especially to Mr Pandu responsible for the overall faultless running of this charming hotel. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Goa.

A shuttle service to the beach and town would be helpful. More sun beds are needed around the pool.
