The location, the cottage was an ideal size & well equipped

The quality of the single beds & the floors downstairs are very dirty (we discovered this after wiping up a spill)

"A little gem"

The position was ideal, quiet, rural but only a matter of minutes from the coast. The facilities were excellent. The Welcome pack was full of goodies which we really enjoyed and the Information guide comprehensive.

The cottage is in a lovely, rural, countryside location, but only a few minutes drive from local attractions. A very comfortable place to stay with very well equipped kitchen, nice beds and excellent showers. The games room is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The equipment in the games room needs a bit of attention and if I'm allowed to be really picky, a little chair in the bedroom would be nice for us oldies!

Beautiful peaceful location, very clean & modern, quality appliances throughout, underfloor heating throughout with bonus log fire, comfortable bed & pillows, Fantastic welcome pack with local coffee, tea, biscuits, fudge. Also included butchers voucher for pound famous Bamburgh sausages. Cooked up delicious! Easy 10-15 mins walk to Bamburgh village through public pathways & quiet road.

Everything was wonderful, only small suggestion would be to add hanging hooks in bathrooms & install window furnishing for front facing downstairs bathroom /toilet & living room bay window.

"Nice cottage - beware of the extra verification charge from North East Escapes on top of the booking"

Comfortable cottage with a lovely welcome pack with biscuits and a voucher for free sausages from local butcher

being ambushed with a request from North East Escapes for 'verification' which costs you either £30 for 'insurance' or pre-allocate £500 on a card which they then charge you £10 to set up. All this after booking a non-refundable stay. This was not made clear on booking.com or in the booking confirmation.
