Beds are extremely uncomfortable, new mattresses would be a great help. Absolutely no comfort. Breakfast was average. Not really anything I would write home about and not much to choose from.

Your staff was exceptional. Was clean and looked great. I mention Gage who was kind, understanding and he knows his job well. He accommidated us and problem solved a mistake with a third party spelling error which complicated our reservations. A HUGE shout-out to this remarkable young man.

Breakfast was good Location was good within walking distance from dining,and shopping

Asked if I was able to check out a day early due to the blizzard that was headed our way, one staff said that i wouldn’t be charged my last day if I checked out by 11 so I did and the staff that was working said she couldn’t check me out until the next day and that I would be charged regardless of me leaving a day early and the fact that I was told I would be ok by the other staff. If I would have been told I couldn’t check out till the next day I would’ve just stayed.

Everything aside from what I didn't like.

Front desk didn't have AA batteries. No coat hook by front door.

Very nice sized room. The fridge size with a freezer was great! The room had great space for us to spread out with all of our stuff, not to mention a dishwasher. Accessibility to the elevators and room was very easy. I wish we had more time to enjoy the outside amenities.

The pool was very small and cold. When busy it was loud and hard to enjoy. The bathroom in the room was small for all of us. Last but not least, breakfast was very picked over and not restocked quickly or well.

It was new, spacious suite, friendly staff

They allow pets. A dog barked allot the first night and a cat woke me early meowing at my door. That was a big down side for me…..

Loved the clean modern thoughtful design. Nice bedding. Good breakfast.

More fresh fruit at breakfast, better tea selection. Could not get EV charger to work.

I was surprised about the add-on fee for the dog. It didn’t say that anywhere when booked

The expert, gracious and accommodating staff, especially Gretchen, was superior to many too rated, bug city hotels used in the past. This doesn't happen by accident….compliments to Hilton and the local team.
