Inte särskilt rent, dålig respons i kommunikation med värden om det inte gällde betalning. Otydligt att inte det skulle städas på rummet och rummet och övriga hotellet var inte helt rent.

It was a very unique experience we enjoyed it greatly.

Overall, the property is adequate for San Francisco standards. This neighborhood has a lot of homeless activity and they were sleeping outside of our door when we woke up in the morning.

Great location, excellent bed, large clean bathroom. Bring earplugs, Gough is a noisy street due to traffic. The staff-less check in was easy once I was able to get my code. When I confirmed our reservation by telephone, the person got my email address wrong. I wasn’t able to reach a human to straighten it out until 2 hours before check in.

Loved having the outdoor space.

Everything was as promised. Although the room was small the large common are was great for computer work and relaxing. This is a great location; Hayes Valley is close to everything (including transportation). This was our second time in this location and we will likely return again.
