Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Very accessible to Civic Center area and Market Street.

The building itself is secure but the outside area is not. Please be aware of your surroundings and take care for your safety.

Checking in was an adventure. Waited for the email with “check in details” to come but it never did before I arrived at the location. Called the office number and got voicemail several times in a row. Meanwhile I’m standing on the street with all my luggage. 45 minutes later I try one last time and someone finally picks up the phone and says they need to call me back in 5 minutes. Fine. After finally getting check in figured out, the room was fine. A little tight but clean enough. Bed was very comfortable. Then I got a call that they had charged my card several times. Then the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor… Overall, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but still left a lot to be desired.

Clean, felt safe, had everything I needed! Not too noisy. Great experience especially for price. Was close to everything I needed and easy to walk to food nearby. Any time I needed to contact support, they answered right away and made sure I was settled before hanging up.

Literally nothing! When all other hotels around were booked except for this .. then there is a reason for that!
