Heart of Wilton 3 Recently Remodeled

Excellent location

Slight repairs needed ie. Painting touch up in the bathroom

Its location! Is in the heart of Wilton manors and the checkin process was really easy.

The location was great. The other people living there were quiet. New appliances.

The sofa was almost unsualble as ther was a piece of wood sticking up and was very uncomfortable if you sat on it. You need bath mats and tub slip guards. Theres a lawsuit waitimg to happen

Spacious, well equipped, centrally located.

The walls were dirty, the floors were pretty dirty (if I walked barefoot the bottom of my feet would turn black) but there was a broom and pan I could use so it wasn’t a big deal.

Everything.

The exterior of the building badly needs a paint job. When I first pulled in, I noticed the building and exterior window shutters had peeling paint in many areas. TERRIBLE curbside appeal. I am a Real Estate Broker in California. A paint job would cost maybe $3000?

Location, parking, cute and extremely clean and quiet room. Love it all

Location was Great, 2 blocks from Wilton Drive.

Condition of bathroom ( possibly the tub has sunk, the joint between the tub and tile is broken, uneven, it appears to have been caulked and re-caulked several times). Bed was different than in the photos (it was a different bed entirely, lower to the ground and harder to get out of). Sofa is a bit worn. Dining chairs need slides or felt pads under the chair legs ( to avoid scratching the tile and not to screech every time they are moved).
