DEGreat house that has everything.
Opposite the garden is a parking space where everyday a lot of buses park. Sometimes they leave the motor running.

The hosts are kind, and communication is quick. The accommodation does not meet modern standards. There are visible gaps around the doors. If it’s cold outside, it’s even colder inside. Most of the electrical system and outlets are old and likely unsafe, as they are clearly not grounded. The bathroom and shower need renovation.
ATThe host was nice and responsive, answered quickly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had small and mobile radiators for heating, which is a great plus in this area. The view is also great towards the hills and ocean and even Teide of Tenerife.
The only negative experience was: the apartment is right above the main road and exactly across a big touristic restaurant, which is one of the destinations of the local bus tours - every 2 hours a new group of buses were arriving between 10.00 and 15.00. After the closing of the restaurant it turned very quiet.
HUI really liked everything about this place, even if I wanted to. Mostly its atmosphere, the peace and quiet and the view from the window to the Teide. Especially at dawn.
Several people wrote that they were cold. There was a portable radiator in the living room, I took it into the bedroom at night and it created a perfectly good temperature. Others complained about the lack of light. This is not such a big problem in the bedroom, and the living room was bright. So they didn't cause me any problems at all.
