Posto tranquillo e silenzioso, ben disposto negli spazi, pulito e attrezzato nel centro di Sulmona. Parcheggio libero a pochi passi dalla struttura che essendo in centro si trova in zona ZTL. I proprietari gentili e molto disponibili.
