"Comfortable, central, easy stay apartment"

Very good location. Close to parking and old town. Spacious apartment with pretty much everything we needed. Comfortable bed in spacious bedroom. Quiet area. Good comms and explanations

Kitchen equipment could do with a bit of a boost/upgrade (prob doesn’t matter if short stay, but we were there for 4 nights). A coffee machine/better plunger would be nice.

"Great Town and a Great Apartment"

The property is located close to the main street and park, it is also only a few minutes walk away from the supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The apartment was a good size and benefited from having a full size bath. There was also plenty of litrature in the apartment with recomendations of places to visit and details of services, just in case they were needed. This is the third time we have stayed here and will stay here everytime until we finally buy our apartment in Sulmona.

There was only a couple of minor things that need fixing, but these did not impact our stay.

Extremely good location in the old town, but the apartment could do with some updating.

The lack of a shower curtain makes showering difficult.

"Very comfortable stay in Sulmona and would gladly return!"

The location was wonderful. It was very easy to walk into Sulmona. There was a large, free, safe parking lot about 4 minutes from the apartment. We are a couple in our 70/80s and we had no problems bring our luggage to the apartment. There is also a very good coffee shop right around the corner. Their prices were so good that we had to double check that they charged us for everything. There was a wonderful gas stove and the shower was nice and large!

Parking is only 2min walk away nearby coffee shop which opens early also available and a great selection of various restaurant nearby. Place is very worth the price, clean, and staff are very helpful. Well done 👏

"Comfy apartment with everything you need"

I would describe this as a comfy lived in apartment. It has the basics of everything you need but everything’s a little dated yet very comfortable. I often prefer this type of apartment over modern, characterless properties. I would definitely stay again.

It’s not the easiest apartment to find.
