Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Towels and pillows felt old and used but at least clean.

No privacy - window opened up to staircase, noisy - can hear everything going on. If you are unfortunate enough to stay in room 101 you hear the night shift calls, tv, microwave, conversations all through the night

Cleanness, customer service is their ability from the reception to housekeepers. Secondly the room is very specious.

I have tried to figure it out but I didn't find anything that I would say I don't like about this place.
