Shower was far too hot and I wasn't able to adjust the temperature. Think there's a problem with the casket.

The host didn't provide any of the access details prior to arriving. We found a building manager who helped us get in touch with the host by phone and finally we were able to get the code to enter. In the time preceding, my children and mother (in her 80s) had to sit on the building steps while I tried to sort out our access to the unit. Once we finally got settled in, we tried to use the shower and there was no hot water. I contacted the host several times and never received any assistance. We vacated the unit without even staying one night. My cousin had booked the other unit of this host in the same building and was told upon their arrival that the unit had been trashed by the prior occupants and that they no longer had accommodations. The host didn't even reach out prior. They waited for my cousin to contact them about accessing the unit. It was the worst experience I've ever had booking a property and I have booked many.

Private parking was great, the accomodation was clean, warm and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, the shower could have been a little better as the water pressure was low. I woupd stay here again.
