Posizione e struttura

Qualche problema di apertura con le serrature del ingresso e del appartamento, sono un po datate e difficili da aprire

Posizione super centrale, facilmente raggiungibile. Un attico molto carino, con 2 bagni, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto.. dotato di cucina, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Comodo il check-in online e la consegna delle chiavi con codice. Abbastanza pulito.

Abbiamo terminato la carta igenica e non avevamo altri rotoli a disposizione.

Niestety musieliśmy zmienić apartament, gdyż właścicieli wiedząc, że górna łazienka nie jest do użytku (woda wybija z brodziku prysznicowego i cieknie z sufitu do salonu) udostępnił go nam bez powiadomienia o awarii.

Zdjęcia na booking nie oddają rzeczywistego stanu apartamentu, który świetność swoją już dawno ma za sobą. Górna łazienka z prysznicem nie do użytku ze względu na przeciek i wybijanie wody spod brodzika prysznicowego. W salonie woda kapała z sufitu. Brak pergoli czy jakiegokolwiek zacienienia na tarasie a meble na nim są wybrakowane. Bardzo słaby kontakt z właścicielem. Po wysłaniu prośby o późniejsze zameldowanie nie odpowiedziano nam. Kiedy pisałam po angielsku od opiekunki apartamentu odpowiadała na zawiadomienia o awarii i braku wyposażenia na tarasie tylko po hiszpańsku pomimo, iż na booking jest zaznaczone, że personel komunikuje sie również w języku angielskim. Łóżko podwójne potwornie i głośno skrzypi nie da się spać.

The host allowed me to alter my dates after the deadline had passed - thank you! The location is central to the Old Town and it's easy to walk around and see the sights. The flat is attractive and well furnished. I like that it's at the top of the building and has a roof terrace. There is good window light throughout the apartment and windows/doors can be opened to allow ventilation. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good - there are 2 toilets. The air conditioning works well, we switched off the upstairs unit at night and the downstairs one was enough to keep the flat at a comfortable temperature for sleeping. There is a washing machine and an airer for drying clothes on the terrace.

The canopy arrangement on the terrace (as shown in the photos) was not there and the sun was too strong for me to sit out in. It's possible to lock yourself out on the terrace. There are some stairs to climb and no lift - not usually a problem but I had sciatica. The flat is central and there was quite a lot of noise from traffic, people and building work. Disposing of the rubbish properly is awkward when you're not familiar with the system and this should probably be the hosts responsibility. The host asked for a key deposit via PayPal which was unexpected. The deposit was refunded fully.

Hynder på terrasse var meget slidte. Afløb i brusebad var tilstoppet.

Ubicación súper céntrica en Sevilla. Ático bonito y terraza espectacular.
