The saxe relax in the mountain

Overall it was a nice place to stay, most things were clean, with good facilities.

There was bad service in the apartment so wifi would have been helpful. The booking said there would be a mountain view and there was not. The downstairs bed were extremely uncomfortable, the upstairs bed was very comfortable. Most things were clean but the oven was very dirty. The location was alright but not very central. The telephone number given was for a hotel nearby with no connection whatsoever to the booking, so when we called, it was very confusing and unhelpful - the only way to get in touch with the owners was via email. In the end the stay wasn't bad but a lot could be improved.

Accogliente e pulita

Niente. Tutto molto bello e comodo.

Alloggio grande e cmq posizionato in un contesto tranquillo.

Nonstante fosse in posizione tranquilla, molto rumoroso il frigorifero , e soprattutto altri impianti di condizionamento di alloggi vicini.

Comoda la posizione, pulizia buona ma non eccellente

Il Wi-Fi oramai è necessario e d’obbligo ovunque. Tv inesistente praticamente

La struttura fa parte di un borgo ben ristrutturato e anch’essa si presenta ad una prima occhiata accogliente e ben arredata. Peccato che la manutenzione e la pulizia siano carenti: una luce di un bagno non funziona, le prese elettriche nella camera posta più in basso sono poche e di difficile accesso, la biancheria dei letti appare stazzonata ancor prima di utilizzarla, la biancheria da bagno presenta ombreggiature e tracce di macchie.

La pulizia molto carente: all’arrivo, dopo avere eseguito il check-in on line la casa non era stata pulita dopo gli ultimi ospiti; l’host che abbiamo interpellato si è scusata e ha fatto arrivare il personale di pulizia ma noi abbiamo potuto accedere alla struttura solo dopo due ore e anche dopo l’intervento del personale addetto la casa mostrava segni di pulizia scarsa e affrettata.
