Private room in central homestay apartment with sea view

無敵海景。屋主正好在下班回來的路上幫我拉行李。還讓我使用洗衣機。會告訴我Aalesund 的景點評價。總之有人可以溝通是很好的。

Heizung im Winter wäre gut gewesen. Mit Klamotten,2 Decken lag ich zitternd ! vor Kälte im Bett. Der (sehr kleine) Radiatior hat auch in 4 Std keine Wärme erzeugt, aber seltsame Geräusche und Geruch (ggf. der Dreck am Gerät). Bad, Waschbecken auch dreckig. Kein Licht im Flur. Weitere 2 Nächte waren unzumutbar so dass ich nach einer Nacht die Flucht ergriffen habe. Der Vermieter hat sich bezgl. der Beschwerde nicht bei Booking.com gemeldet und ich bin auf 2 bezahlten Nächten sitzengeblieben. Die Gemeinde Alesund wurde von mir informiert.

Unfortunately, an unpleasant situation occurred. I would like to clarify that I cannot evaluate the accommodation itself, as I did not have the opportunity to stay there. I booked this property and paid for it immediately. About 10 minutes later, I received a refund, so I was sure that the host had canceled the reservation. Based on that, I immediately booked another accommodation. A few days later, I received a notification from Booking stating that I was no longer able to book accommodation because this property had placed a restriction on my account due to a no-show. I immediately checked all the notifications and realized that, despite the refund, the host was actually expecting me. I sincerely believed that if a refund was issued, the reservation had been canceled. As a result, I was charged a no-show fee. I was willing to pay this fee and expected that we could resolve the situation — I would pay the penalty and the host would remove the restriction. However, the host did not take any action and did not respond. For this reason, I do not recommend this property. In such a situation, the host may simply file a complaint and then stop communicating, without trying to resolve the issue.

Small but clean and tidy room, very comfortable bed. There is everything in this apartment what you need kitchen equipment and towels cause you share that flat with the owner. Kjell is a lovely person who shared his warm and cozy place with us. The dinner which we could enjoy together was seriously great and gave a chance to know the Norway better.

Everything was wonderful. The host is a very calm and friendly person. Kjell treated me to dinner, and I felt as if I had come to visit relatives or a good friend. The room was warm, clean, and cozy. If I come to Ålesund again, I will definitely stay here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
