"Lovely property in a convenient location"

We were greeted on arrival by Niccolo' and Giulia who showed us around the property and also gave us a few tips about places to eat, etc. They also gave us a free parking permit so, if travelling by car, there's no need to worry about the extra costs about parking. The property is brand new and has all mod cons including air con (both in the separate bedroom and main living area), a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The location is ideal to walk to Cervia city centre and pretty canal side, there's a well stocked Coop just 5 mins' walk away as well as lots of bars, restaurants and gelaterie (ice cream parlours). The train station is just down the road (5 mins' walk) and the beach is about 10 mins' walk. Although the property is on a busy road, there's a level of privacy thanks to the pretty hedge and a seating area outside where you could also put a drying rack - which is also provided - useful to dry your costumes and washing.

Everything was perfect :) Just one small suggestion: it would be good to have a few espresso cups available, too please as there were only big mugs.
