Good location,

The room could have been a bit cleaner and there were no complimentary shampoos and location which would have been helpful when travelling light

The location was good

Very noisy from 7am with the cleaners banging around outside the room as well as furniture continually being moved around the hard floor above. It may have been worse for me as my room was located at the start of the corridor nearest to the lifts. It appeared the cleaners used this location outside my door as a trolley park. Also the AC didn’t appear to work and the curtains were too thin letting light stream in very early, lighting up the room. Staff at reception were also very miserable.

Chegamos ao quarto e deparamo-nos com um problema na televisão e mal avisamos a receção, resolveram logo o problema.

O quarto não era muito insonorizado. Facilmente ouvíamos as pessoas no corredor e noutros quartos

Las habitaciones eran amplias, la cama era cómoda y la vistas que dan al río son espectaculares. Destacar el servicio de limpieza, son maravillosas y cuidadosas.

Para ser un 4 estrellas el desayuno estaba bastante justo.
