Дуже зручне місцерозташування. 10 хвилин до центру, 15 хвилин до пляжу. Також хвилин 10 до ринку, з прекрасним вибором овочів, фруктів та ін. В квартирі є все необхідне: фен, пральна машина, праска та весь необхідний посуд. Ми приїхали набагато раніше часу поселення, десь о 13:30, господар нам дозволив залишити речі поки квартира готовулася. За цей час ми купили продукти. І десь через годину, ми заселилися. Без додаткової оплати. Дуже вдячні за це. Все було добре.

Трохи було гучно. Біля будинку знаходяться безліч кафе та барів, відвідувачі яких відпочивали там до ранку, годин до 5-6.

Wasn't cups for tea. Iron couldn't find.

I liked it.

A spacious studio room where the bed is separated by a shelving unit. The room is warm, the air conditioning worked great, there is a separate heater. All equipment gives the impression of being new. There is an elevator. There are several markets nearby and downstairs there are bars and cafes. There was shampoo and gel in the shower. There was dish soap. Upon request, they brought a second sheet, since we cannot sleep under one common blanket. There is a glazed balcony. There are enough hangers for clothes. The owner has wifi and responded immediately. We informed us when we would arrive and we were met by a woman with a key (only understands Spanish)

Disadvantages: lack - there was no cloth to wipe the surfaces of the tables, there were no ordinary cups for coffee or tea (only stemmed glasses...) ..the cups are cheap, in the Chinese Bazaar 3 euros - 6 pieces! There was no dryer for drying clothes, although there is a washing machine, owner, where to dry clothes?...stretch a rope on the balcony. Tourists will have to buy washing powder themselves. There was only one garbage bag for the week. The mattress is not very comfortable if you are of a different weight category. It’s a bit noisy in the evenings, since the city center and downstairs are all pubs and tents. The audibility in the room from neighbors is high, like everywhere else in Spain. Tourists should know all these little things) ​

Location is as Excellent, Air conditioning was great, Kitchen all new appliances and very clean indeed. It was quiet very quiet, Good lift access to the apartment. When we had a problem , ie no hairdryer, this was stolen previously ,A new hairdryer was sent very quickly.So no complaints from us at all.

No coffee table to put your drink on in lounge, no balcony but I knew this when booking.
