Beautiful Bream Bay Studio - Ruakaka

Small but perfectly formed. A well-designed and well-equipped studio with private outdoor space. Owners provided some much appreciated complimentary items in the fridge, not all of which we used, but loved the thought put into including them. Good location within walking distance of beach and a cafe.

Lovely clean, tidy wee unit close to the beach so we could walk there. A mum and daughter trip for the Waipu highland games. Very convenient location. Owners provide helpful and friendly coms, and you could tell they cared for their guests' comfort. Nice hot shower.

We thought a microwave could've been an asset.

It was nice to have a generous breakfast selection available.

A table to eat at would have been very handy.

BB Studio is an absolute Gem, close to the beach, wonderful hosts and ohhh those kitties 😻 The studio is well appointed and Lucy adds little treats for your arrival. We couldn't fault it

We needed a microwave and shampoo.

My parents stayed here for a family wedding and had a lovely time, they especially rated the bed being comfortable and not too soft and the whole studio being very well appointed.

It is very compact, so keep that in mind.

The room was nice and furnished very well.

The weather was awful. Would have been nice to have more interaction with host.

Perfect touches like butter and bread and milk provided - perfect location 2 mins walk to the beach and its most wonderful beach

If you’re planning stay for long time lack of cooking facilities might be an issue as there’s no microwave
