GBClose drive to concert venue and local shops. Happy to find some much needed necessities available a property on arrival e.g. tea/coffee/toilet roll/ washing up liquid & sponge/hand wash - as we all know we can forget the odd essential on our travels. Thank you so much to the hosts for having us and a wonderful stay.

The fridge didn’t seem to work very well left drinks in over night and was at room temperature when we came to take them out this morning
GBIt was absolutely ideally located for a wedding at St Luke's. The shower was good. The cleaners we met were absolutely lovely.
Unfortunately this property needs a bit of a refresh. You can tell the hosts have absolutely tried to make it as nice as they can but it's just quite run down. Things were broken, there's been temporary fixes where it's obviously had issues with leaks and the mattresses could do with being replaced. We had asked for and confirmed an early check in and late check out (at a charge of £20 per hour) but when we arrived no one had told the cleaners so it wasn't ready for us to check in.

TRThey have cancelled our booking just only sending a message that i didnt see before i reached. That was very disappointing. Becarefull before booking here.
