Location itself is great - directly at the port, close to the nearest shop, town center and various bars and restaurants with the promenade and beach pretty much in front of the apartment.

The pictures of the apartment as promoted online, do not match the real apartment. The only accurate thing is the view and parts of the decoration. The floors, fixings and set up are completely different, never mind the evident discrepancy of quality and state of the apartment overall! Here now a partial list of complaints also shared with Booking.com support overall: Logistics: Key collection in other town, Lloret de Mar, with no transport being offered to the apartment itself. (Very friendly staff and accessible to collect keys earlier than 4pm) Only 1 set of keys was handed over, which did not give the possibility to leave the property in separate groups. If only parts of the family left, the others had to be locked into the apartment as the entrance door kept opening by itself Apartment in general / cleanliness: *old entry leading into a very narrow, very dirty hallway - floors and walls were completely covered in dirt and there was a *very strong, sickening smell of marijuana. *overall only basic cleanliness, especially bathroom *no general waste, or recycling bins, no washing machine no washing hanger *loud noise from neighbouring apartments
