we didn't like it. we agreed with the owner that we would check in half an hour earlier, he said that it was possible. when we arrived, no one met us. half an hour later, the cleaners arrived, opened the apartment, it turned out to be uncleaned. we had to wait another hour for them to clean. the apartment is dirty, the bed linen is not the freshest, there are no mattresses for the sun loungers on the beach, the sun loungers themselves and the umbrella above them are broken, wi-fi and TV do not work. the worst thing is that in the morning we discovered that we were bitten by bedbugs. and they bit us all two nights that we spent there. when we booked accommodation in el gouna, we did not expect that it would be an apartment with bedbugs.

Pretty good location, the apartment was easy to find and is very close to a lot of facilities.

some of the promised amenities weren’t available unfortunately. There was only one towel provided for four guests and the Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay.

The place is clear & has everything we need.
