Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e funzionale al centro di Madrid, vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della città. L'host gentilissimo, sempre disponibile, nonostante le due ore di ritardo del volo. Consigliato!

La ubicación

La atención del personal, no respondían los mensajes. El ruido de la calle por momentos era imposible. Problemas con el agua caliente, la limpieza pésima. En ingreso y egreso del dto y del edificio era por aplicación, y en toda la estadía permitieron que una sola persona tuviese el acceso, siendo que eramos 3 adultos y desde el ingreso se solicitó que habilitarán a una persona más, cosa que nunca respondieron.

Nice apartment with plenty of space including good facilities and kitchen utensils

Had to mark the score down a lot due to one main issue, the windows / doors. Otherwise would be a 8 or 9/10. The windows are very old and do not close properly. Lots of noise but worse is the constant smell of cigarettes from the bar below which make into the apartment. New windows (especially triple glazing) would fix everything and would have made a great place to stay
