Staff was friendly and helpful. We exchange money right there at the front desk. The staff even booked us our boat trip to Rach Gia. Very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, nearby restaurant, night market and convenient shop. Staff are friendly.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and quiet. Price is reasonable for a Ocean front property. Overall is a pleasantly surprise deal that we had. I'd recommend for travelers on budget.

Nice view of ocean but no access to water or beach. Hotel room was basic and excellent AC. Breakfast was basic but location to NightMarer was good, 5 min walk.

My friends and I stayed here for a couple days in Jan 2018. They located a few minutes walk to Phu Quoc night market. The room was clean and had really nice view of the beach. The only complaint we had was that the bed was hard, other than that everything was great. They have free, delicious breakfast everyday on their rooftop restaurant. They also rent out scooters for you to ride around the island for 150000 vnd ( which i highly recommended, it was super fun and easy to ride). The staffs were friendly, they provided many tours and restaurants recommendation if you asked them. We asked them for places to go around the island and they were nice enough to ride with us and show us around, free of charge. I would definitely stay here again!

Cheap price for 3 stars hotel, very nice and friendly staff. We will come back again..

Great hotel; no beach access.

Hotel managers need to go and read their WEB page - at every corner they have tripped up. Starting with issues at check-in, a room with the hardest beds possible, room doors that all need adjustment such that they have to be slammed to be closed (think about that at 2am). Breakfast was a joke with a very limited range of food and, when it ran out it was not replenished. We were checked into room #507 beneath the 6th floor restaurant. A large patch had been cut out of our bathroom ceiling and, frequently, a commercial exhaust fan somewhere in the building roared. When we complained, they turned it off - for that day. We returned from an excursion and they had turned off our airconditioner - to save money said the management when we complained. But, our room faced the afternoon sun and they saw fit to open the curtains which we had closed - the room was like an oven. And the airconditioner just coped so it took forever to cool the room back down again. The hotel is setback from the ocean with a "shanty town" between the hotel and the water. A beach exists several hundred metres to the south. As to its star rating, we think the judges were bribed. We loved the area, but look up and down the street - there are accommodation alternatives everywhere. We strongly suggest you explore these.

It's a nicely positioned hotel, being about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, and close to all the convienences. There is no beach in front of the hotel and it's not right on the waterfront, there's a couple of small buildings/ shacks between it and the water. The bed was firm as seems to be the norm in Vietnam. Beautiful pillow though! Nicely set out bathroom, but the shower cubicle need to be sealed at the base, some water escaped while showering.
