Lễ tân nhiệt tình, khách sạn gần siêu thị với nhiều nhà hàng ăn uống xung quanh. Cực gần trung tâm thành phố, bắt xe 20p là đến cầu Rồng và các địa điểm du lịch khác. Đi bộ 500m là ra đến biển để tắm, phù hợp vận động khỏe mạnh ạ.

Vòi xịt phòng 503 dây bị ngắn, dùng hơi bất tiện ạ.

The hotel is right in the heart of the An Thuong pedestrian area, so bars, restaurants, and cafes are just steps away. Although the area is vibrant, my room was incredibly quiet and private.

Khách sạn bao gồm ăn sáng, bể bơi 7x3m. Rất gần bãi biển (khoảng 500m). Gần nhà hàng, quán ăn, dịch vụ massage.

Cafe và Spa đóng cửa (vậy phát voucher làm gì nhỉ?) Máy chạy bộ không hoạt động. Dịch vụ kèm đưa đón sân bay nhưng phụ phí xe 6 chỗ 100k thì gần bằng thuê grab rồi.

They came everyday to clean and restock the room, they were professional, kind, efficient.

La posizione è ottima, 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia, vicino alle strade principali, ristoranti etc. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci hanno chiesto diverse volte un feedback per sapere come stessimo trovando il soggiorno e cosa si poteva migliorare..quindi questo fa pensare che li interessa migliorarsi. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza variegata e abbondante, c’è anche un ragazzo che prepara le uova in diversi modi sul momento ( consiglierei di aggiungere magari una selezione più grande di frutta ). Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, e le camere messe in ordine, quindi da questo punto di vista servizio impeccabile. Inoltre ci hanno tenuto gratuitamente i bagagli prima di fare check in, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Il letto non è molto comodo, mi ha causato mal di schiena dopo diverse notti dormite lì, e anche i cuscini sono piuttosto alti e scomodi. Essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo un bagno più “fornito”. Il set di shampoo e bagnoschiuma era piuttosto scadente, sembrava sapone normale per le mani, la vasca sembrava un po’ usurata e non aveva né vetro né tenda, quindi l’acqua fuoriusciva spesso. So che è comunque in Asia non avere la tenda, per un hotel 4 stelle, investire in 2$ di doccia mi sembra il minimo. Il tappeto nei corridoi non era molto pulito, andrebbe aspirato più spesso.

Arrived after booking hotel 2 months earlier to be told that my room was not available. They sent me to a different hotel about 5 kms away at the outskirts of the area.
