Appaloosa suite with amazing views of stud farm.

Lovely location, very peaceful (didn’t even hear any farm noise unless windows were open). Plenty of parking & easy to find and enter. Had all the basics for a short stay such as tea bags, sugar, coffee and milk & biscuits in the fridge, also spotted shampoo in the bathroom drawer. WiFi was great/reliable and useful due to bad signal in the area, as to be expected. View of the horses out back was lovely & nice to be able to meet the horses in the stables below and stay to watch some dressage in the morning.

I found the thermostat easy to use but my elderly grandmother didn’t have a clue. I can’t remember if instructions were included on the welcome sheet but might be useful to let people know how to turn it off eco mode, especially as it was cold inside when we arrived. Clean overall but dusty in some places, such as behind the TV (can see this when sat on the sofa), and on the lamp in the bedroom. Very little washing up liquid left in the bottle & the sponge was filthy. Could hear the adjoining apartment sometimes quite clearly but I suppose this can’t be helped due to there being a connecting door. Twin room beds not the comfiest but we were fine as only staying one night. Trying not to be picky but would have been perfect otherwise!!

Layout of the apartment clearly well thought out and very spacious with quality furnishings. Very clean and great views. Easy to access.

It’s in a fabulous local with brilliant views. Very bright, airy and comfortable and cosy. Great value for money.

Area so peaceful and quiet Lovely views Addition of the 2 fans was very much appreciated Really comfy beds Didn't have to check out until 11am A five minute walk to Laurel Vines and Dumble Farm or about 10min drive to Beverly

Not much, the only small things were entrance and stairs needed a hoover and when in lounge could hear the person in the next apartment

Lack of wine glasses and pans. Patio windows would benefit from a good clean. No washing up liquid.
