We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The host was outstanding, very friendly, and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and nicely equipped. The location is perfect — very close to the city center and within walking distance of many interesting attractions and events. We would be happy to stay here again.

The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance, and the famous Ballarò market is literally right behind the apartment, a must-see spot for anyone visiting Palermo. The place was very comfortable during the summer thanks to the air conditioning. The host was incredibly friendly, always available, making jokes, and greeting me with a smile. His kindness and helpfulness made my trip much more enjoyable and full of good memories.

It’s not possible to cook a full meal as there is no stove, only a microwave and a kettle. This might be inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own food.

Davide, the host was fantastic! He really made us feel at home and gave some great recommendations for our stay in Palermo. He ensured we always had fresh towels and linen and was available for any questions!

The location was well placed, right behind Mercato Bellaro. Although was a bit noisey and busy at times.

Our room was absolutely clear, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Everything worked well. There was a kitchen with fridge (there was a fridge in the room too) and a café-machine and a common area with tables and chairs and a balcony. I would especially stress the care Davide put to everything. It was one of the most clear room I have stayed in. All worked well.

The accommodation is in a small two-stories house near the Ballaro market – during the evenings and in the nights, there was always quite a lot of noise. We could not slept with an window opened as we would like to – the noise was too much. We had to close the window to sleep. With air-condition it was ok. Otherwise, the location is good, close to main railway station and to Maqueda Street, Quattro Canti etc.

Davide was really kind and helpful. We stayed longer so he offered us cleaning and also changed the towels. The accomodation is close to every momuments by walk, we didn't had to use public transport.
