everything is clean & comfortable..all the furniture and appliances is working well and in good condition 👌🏼..and environment is peaceful too..just hope the owner could replace the lamp in every room to brighter ones because it's too dim, that's all

Location just nice to Lost world of Tambun

1. Ants and cockroachs around at kitchen. 2. Very noisy early morning even midnight from surroud neighbours.

The house feels homely and was really nice. Spacious for myself and my children. Easy access to the shop and playground. Good location and high-speed WiFi. It is valuable for your money. All the accessories are available in the house and even have a veranda.

The cleanliness of the laundry area could be kept better. The whole place could be wipe out of dust especially in areas such as the kitchen cabinets and top shelves.

Location is near to my destination. Price is reasonable. This is not my first time to stay at Alpine Village, 7 years ago, I did stay at Alpine Village but is a different lot, that time was give me a good impression, so this time i book a same location but this time result a bit upset.

Only have 1 air-cond at the hall but no air-cond in the room at all, with this hot weather, is difficult to go into sleep. Whole house with an odd smell, cleaniness was not under expectation. A lot of insect such as ants, cockroach. 1 toilet with water heater, 1 without water heater. Packing lot was too far away from the unit.
