Casa do Castelo II

Beautiful remodel of an old traditional house in the very center of the historical area, just below the castle. Very walkable area. Kitchenware seemed new and well maintained.

The bed is memory foam and was too soft for my taste. Would have been great to have a frying pan and a toaster. Wifi was a bit iffy at times.

The location was excellent for visiting the town. The upstairs apartment was nice & compact & newly renovated. The bedroom was very spacious. The apartment was clean & comfortable.

Street parking wasn’t easy to find. There was no frying pan. The fridge was very old & the freezer didn’t work. The communication from the owner was not very good - I had to ring & ask for the code.

Great location, clean and comfortable, great layout, easy access to historic sights

Could have a washing machine or an iron, especially for guests staying more than 4 days

The location is amazing and the facilities are great : a/c that saved us from cold new years eve, a nice kitchen, everything was great.

There was nothing i didnt like. Maybe u could put an ashtray on the bottom of the stairs outside so that the smokers could smoke without littering the street (no public trashcan nearby in sight)

Spacious, quiet and with good views. Good central location just downhill from the castle.

It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It was in a great location, close to everything.

Big, clean, well equipped with essential items.

It would have been nice if they could have sent us the key number to retrieve the door key from the lockbox and had to call long distance number to reach the owner as they had no WhatsApp #. Also on our way there had sent several text messages through booking but never had received a response.
